New Chandigarh, Mohali

New Chandigarh, previously known as Mullanpur, sits in the Mohali district and functions as Chandigarh's planned satellite city. Located in Greater Mohali on the outskirts of Chandigarh, New Chandigarh is evolving into a premier real estate hub. Flat rates in the area changed by 18.3% in the last 1 year and 100% over the last 5 years, reflecting the pace of appreciation as the corridor matures.

The locality's location advantage is its biggest draw. New Chandigarh sits strategically between Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, and its connectivity via PR-7 Airport Road and proximity to PGI Chandigarh enhances both livability and investment appeal.
