M3M Projects in Gurugram

Gurugram is the anchor market for M3M India, and the developer's footprint here is the largest in its portfolio. M3M has 65 residential and commercial projects in its portfolio, out of which 58 projects are in Gurgaon. The city's transformation from a satellite town into a corporate and residential hub has run parallel to M3M's own growth, with projects spread across nearly every major micro-market.

M3M's residential addresses are concentrated along the city's most active corridors. From high-rise addresses on Golf Course Extension Road and the Southern Peripheral Road to emerging districts around Dwarka Expressway, each development is positioned for daily convenience—close to business hubs, schools, healthcare and neighbourhood retail. New Gurgaon sectors such as 65, 68, 79 and 89 host a mix of independent floors and high-rise towers, while Sector 111 and 113 near Dwarka Expressway have become the address for M3M's ultra-luxury launches.

Beyond individual towers, M3M has moved into large-format township development. Realty firm M3M India will invest ₹7,200 crore to develop a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram as part of its expansion plans. The company has launched its Gurgaon International City (GIC) township project, which is expected to generate a topline of around ₹12,000 crore, located toward Manesar on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road.

For homebuyers, Gurugram's draw remains the same as it has been for over a decade: proximity to Delhi, a dense corporate ecosystem in DLF Cyber City and beyond, and continuous road and metro upgrades that keep shrinking commute times across sectors.
