Noida's greenest address — 80% open space, a 9-hole golf course, low-density luxury living.
Register InterestSector 150 sits along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is widely regarded as the city's most planned residential micro-market. The Noida Authority developed Sector 150 with 80% of the 600-acre area kept as green cover, with construction limited to the remaining 20%. At the heart of this green initiative lies the 42-acre Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, one of the largest parks in the region. The Noida Authority's own horticulture department has called it out publicly — Ombeer Singh, Director of Horticulture at the Noida Authority, stated that Sector 150 is the greenest sector in the NCR, with 80 percent green cover and the biggest park in a residential sector.
Beyond parks, Sector 150 is officially designated a Sports City. It carries a sports city designation, complete with a 40,000-seater international cricket stadium and numerous recreational facilities. The sector is home to a 9-hole golf course, Olympic-sized swimming pools, and multiple sports arenas for football, badminton and tennis. This mix of greenery and sporting infrastructure has made the sector attractive to sports personalities and celebrities as well — reports note that Indian cricketers such as Prithvi Shaw have shown interest in luxury villas and premium apartments here, drawn by privacy, open green spaces and premium amenities.
On pricing, the sector has seen sharp appreciation. Property prices here currently average around ₹12,050 per sq ft, with the range stretching from ₹9,684 to ₹14,318 per sq ft depending on the project and floor. Flat prices have moved up by approximately 145% over five years, and capital values surged 128% between 2021 and 2024 alone, outpacing rental growth significantly. Ready projects have held their momentum too — ATS Pristine Phase 1, one of the sector's benchmark ready-to-move projects, was trading at ₹14,150 per sq ft as of Q1 2026, up 4% in a single quarter.
A recent legal overhang has also been resolved, adding fresh momentum to the sector. Noida's Sports City projects, including several in Sector 150, had faced a prolonged construction freeze, but this has now been cleared — Noida lifted a 5-year ban on Sports City projects after a gruelling legal battle, following the Supreme Court's directive in April 2026. This has unlocked delivery timelines for several housing projects planned in the sector.
Sector 150 benefits from direct expressway access and is on the radar for upcoming metro and airport-linked infrastructure.
The sector is backed by established education, healthcare and retail infrastructure in the surrounding Noida-Greater Noida corridor.
