M3M Opens Pre-Launch Allocation for BRABUS Branded Residences

M3M India has opened pre-launch allocation for M3M BRABUS Branded Residences, an ultra-luxury residential development planned for Sector 58 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. The project is presented in collaboration with BRABUS GmbH of Germany, bringing the automotive brand into a residential setting.

The development is described as a 32-acre community with G+35 towers. Phase 1 comprises two signature towers, with the concept organised around one residence per core and a private lobby. The project is in pre-launch, and its plans and specifications are subject to approvals.

The published residence options include 5,500 sq. ft. homes, 6,500 sq. ft. wrap-around corner residences with panoramic decks, and 7,000 sq. ft. Grand Residences designed for whole-floor living and dual-aspect views. A full-height glass façade and views towards the Aravallis are among the features highlighted in the project concept. The stated areas and plans are conceptual and may change.

The project describes its residential experience as hospitality-led. Other design elements promoted include private lobbies, wrap-around corners and a bare-shell option, giving buyers scope to consider the residence layout in line with their requirements. Services, branding associations and specifications remain subject to approvals and confirmation.

Located in Sector 58, the development is positioned along Golf Course Extension Road, a major residential corridor in Gurugram. Its address places it within the wider Sector 55–56 and Golf Course Extension Road area. Buyers can assess the location in person and check access to their regular destinations as part of their decision-making.

M3M India, founded in 2010, reports a portfolio spanning completed developments and projects in progress across Gurugram, Panipat and Noida. For M3M BRABUS Branded Residences, the company states that RERA has been applied for.
