M3M ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk

M3M India has partnered with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere, part of Atmosphere Core, to launch ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk in Sector 73/74, Gurugram, marking the brand's first development in India. The project will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations expected to begin in winter 2026.

The development is positioned as a premium serviced apartment concept combining residential-style living with professionally managed hospitality services and amenities. It brings Atmosphere Core's Maldives-origin hospitality approach to the Gurugram market for the first time, targeting business travellers, long-stay guests and project-based professionals who need flexible, well-serviced accommodation without compromising on space or standards.

Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, called the launch a significant addition to the developer's portfolio, noting that ONE Atmosphere Suites will be India's first offering of its kind, changing the way luxury serviced properties are perceived in the country. Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director of ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, described the launch as the beginning of a larger strategic collaboration between M3M India and Atmosphere Core to develop premium serviced hospitality assets across key locations.

Set within the established Corner Walk mixed-use development on Southern Peripheral Road, the suites benefit from an existing retail, dining and office ecosystem, giving residents and long-stay guests immediate access to daily conveniences alongside hotel-style services.
