Noida Expressway

Noida Expressway, officially the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, is a six-lane, 24.53 km arterial road built by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) at a cost of ₹400 crore. The road runs from Sector 16A near the Mahamaya Flyover in Noida to Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, cutting through some of the most sought-after residential and commercial sectors in the NCR, including Sectors 94, 97, 98, 128, 137 and 150. The corridor connects the major IT hubs, business parks, and residential centres, creating a much-needed platform for commercial real estate investments, and it has attracted heavy corporate occupancy from firms such as HCL, Samsung, TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Barclays operating out of Sectors 62, 63, 132, 137 and 143. Over the past few years the stretch has transformed from a peripheral office belt into a mixed residential-commercial destination, with average housing prices on the Noida Expressway rising to roughly ₹8,400 per sq ft from ₹5,075 per sq ft, a 66% jump in five years. The corridor's future is anchored by two mega infrastructure triggers — the Aqua Line metro network and the upcoming Jewar International Airport — both of which are reshaping demand for residential, retail and office space along the stretch.
