ELIE SAAB-Designed Residences Launched on Noida Expressway

M3M has launched Smartworld Elie Saab Residences, the residential component of the SMARTWORLD ES development in Noida, and the project now carries UP-RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ300532. The launch brochure is dated 24 December 2025, and M3M India and Smartworld Developers announced the ELIE SAAB partnership and the Noida residential mix on 13 January 2026. The project is listed as a new launch for buyers tracking the developer's Noida portfolio.

The residential plan is built around 200 three- and four-bedroom branded residences, with a combined stated area range of 2,850 to 3,810 sq ft. Alongside them, the wider development includes 480 one- and two-bedroom apartments, serviced suites and commercial space. The brochure identifies three exclusive residential towers, giving the scheme a clearly defined vertical structure.

The defining feature of the project is its design collaboration with ELIE SAAB. Bespoke interiors and shared spaces are styled with furniture and décor from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, bringing a distinct design identity to a Noida residential address.

The development sits on Plot H-7 in Sector 98, covering about 24,000 sq m, or roughly 5.93 acres. It lies beside the Noida Expressway corridor, which provides road access towards South Delhi, Central Noida and commercial hubs across the NCR. The upcoming Jewar International Airport also features in the project's connectivity story.

Planned amenities include an indoor, temperature-controlled swimming pool, fitness centres, wellness and spa facilities, concierge services, residents' lounges, a terrace restaurant and children's play areas. Power backup is described for the installed unit electrical load, subject to timely payment of maintenance and electricity charges.

The project promoter is Blitzbay Developers Private Limited, a Smartworld group company, and completion of the residences is scheduled for 2030.
