M3M's Billionaires' Block has added a marquee accolade to its growing reputation, winning the Unique Branded Residences' Master Development Award at the India Property Awards 2026. Honoured with the Unique Branded Residences' Master Development Award at the India Property Awards 2026, Billionaires' Block is more than an award-winning development. The recognition, presented by International Brand Equity, places the Gurugram development among the country's most closely watched luxury real estate projects this year.

Billionaires' Block sits within Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) in Sector 111, Gurugram.
