M3M India makes its grand market entry into Jammu through an inaugural property fest.
Register InterestM3M India, a real estate developer long associated with Gurugram, Noida and Panipat, has formally announced its arrival in the Jammu market. Sat Sharma, President of J&K BJP, along with Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organization), and Jugal Kishore, MP Lok Sabha, inaugurated "The Great Property Fest" by M3M India at the Radisson Blu, in Jammu. Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy CM, BJP Vice-Presidents and MLAs Sham Lal Sharma, Yudhvir Sethi, and Surjeet Singh Salathia, MLA Choudhary Vikram Randhawa, former Minister Priya Sethi, District President Naresh Singh Jasrotia, Arun Gupta, President CCI, and others graced the occasion.
Speaking at the inauguration, Sat Sharma shared the importance of holding business exhibitions, conferences, and festivals in the area to boost socio-economic ties bilaterally between the businesses and the society, and praised the organizers for bringing a range of world class properties before the visitors. Other dignitaries echoed similar sentiments on the significance of such events for the local property ecosystem. Kavinder Gupta emphasized the role of property fests as a catalyst for the market that can attract potential buyers and investors, Sham Lal Sharma noted that such events bring together investors, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies, Yudhvir Sethi pointed out that property fests include education on real estate trends and financial planning, and Surjeet Singh Salathia added that these events offer easy access to discounts and flexible payment plans.
The fest itself was built around M3M's existing portfolio rather than a single Jammu launch. The event showcased a line-up of M3M India's projects, featuring six of its most prestigious developments — the luxurious M3M Altitude, the scenic M3M Golf Hills, the majestic M3M Antalya, the opulent M3M Mansions, the stylish M3M The Line, and the breath-taking M3M The Cullinan — each reflecting the group's commitment to delivering world-class properties. Robin Mangla, President of M3M India, framed the move as a long-term commitment rather than a one-off event: "We are committed to delivering exceptional projects that exceed our customers' expectations and contribute to the city's growth and development."
The timing of M3M's push into Jammu lines up with a broader shift in the city's property fundamentals. Jammu's real estate story is unusual because it's driven less by IT parks and more by pilgrimage tourism, defence establishments, trade, and increasingly education and healthcare infrastructure, with Jammu Airport handling 1.61 million passengers and over 13,000 aircraft movements in fiscal year 2024-25, a 10.8% increase in passenger traffic. New institutions like IIT Jammu, IIM Jammu and AIIMS Jammu have created fresh rental demand from faculty, students and hospital staff, while the city's role as gateway to Vaishno Devi keeps a steady flow of commercial investment into hospitality and retail.
On the ground, M3M's Jammu footprint is now taking concrete shape beyond the fest. M3M Apartments Jammu is a high-end residential development by M3M India, offering premium 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK luxury homes, designed to provide a "seven-star" living experience with world-class amenities and sophisticated architectural design. The master plan has kept a focus on low-density development so that every resident can have an unhindered view of either the Tawi River valley or Jammu's skyline. The project offers a massive 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which is positioned as the epicenter for all social activity. Industry listings currently track this development, along with a commercial high-street project, as a pre-launch by M3M India in Jammu City and Sidhra, Jammu, with pricing available on request.
For homebuyers, the practical takeaway is that M3M's Jammu projects are still at an early, pre-RERA stage. The project is approved under Haryana RERA with the project RERA number listed as "Coming Soon" on the developer's own microsite. Buyers should also note that the Jammu and Kashmir Real Estate Regulatory Authority (JKRERA) launched its own official portal to promote transparency, accountability and efficiency in the real estate industry, safeguarding the interests of home buyers. Once M3M's Jammu projects are formally registered, that portal — alongside Haryana RERA disclosures for any cross-registered phases — will be the reference point for verifying approvals, escrow compliance, and delivery timelines.
Taken together, the property fest signals more than a marketing event. It is M3M's opening move in a city where Sidhra is increasingly attractive to young professionals thanks to National Highway proximity and newer builder floor projects, and where large NCR-origin brands have so far had limited presence. Buyers evaluating an early entry should track RERA registration status closely, since pricing and inventory details are expected to firm up only as the pre-launch phase progresses toward a formal sale.
